Top 10 Horror Movies of 2013

As the New Year draws forward, it is time to start thinking about the new feast of horror that we will get to exult. People who enjoy watching horror movies, await the most on the upcoming scary movies. However, people who don’t enjoy that much of the bone breaking bloodshed associated horror, still like to keep an update about the upcoming set of horror. Since occasionally watch them is fun. In the spirit of looking forward to the horror movies that will be hitting our eyes in the coming months. I hereby have a list of top ten horror movies to look out for in the year 2013. So far it seems it will be a good horror year in terms of movies.

1. Texas Chainsaw 3D:

It is a sequel to the original 1974 version. The story revolves around a legendary homicidal Sawyer family. Where people in Texas are found missing without a trace, although people suspect this Sawyer family to be involved. Their suspicion gets confirmed after the escape of a girl from there when her four friends have been murdered there. The plot is about a young woman who travels to Texas to collect her family inheritance where she encounters this chainsaw- wielding killer. The sawyer family is quite fascinating to meet and the whole thriller associated horror is interesting.

2. Mama:

Release date: 22 February 2013.
I am personally looking forward to this one. The whole plot is about Annabel and Lucas raising their nieces after their parents have been killed in the forest. The nieces are found after five tedious years of searching by Lucas. Annabel trying her best to bring these girls to normal life discovers the presence of some supernatural force in the house.
This supernatural horror looks very promising and I am willing to bet that this one will be gracing everyone’s top ten-horror list.

3. A haunted House:

Release date: 5 April 2013.
One can judge by the name that this will be another typical ancient haunted house related story.However,this is not that kind of story. All about Malcolm and Keisha moving into their dream house but soon discover that a demon resides their too. Keisha becomes possessed and Malcolm turns to priest, psychic and a team of ghost busters for help.
This satire looks a lot like a new version of scary movie.

4. Evil Dead:

Release date: 19 April 2013.
The name says it all and needs no description. The most anticipated movie for the season. After the original coming out in 1981 and then the remakes. This is the fourth one.
Mia, a young woman who heads to a secluded cabin with her brother and friends. Discovers a book of the dead and that follows horror and danger.

5. The Conjuring:

Release date: 19 July 2013.
No trailer has been out till now but is a film directed by James Wan. Who directed Saw and ghost tale. Hence deserves a watch.
Plot is about this family that skirmish with spirits that are inhibiting the New England Farmhouse with them.

6. Paranormal Activity 5:

Another sequel of the para-normals. I hope this one is better than the ones before.

7. Carrie:

Release date: 5 April 2013.
This is about a girl who unleashes her newly acquired horrifying telekinetic powers after being oppressed by her peers.
This is a remake of the old movie Carrie in the setup of new generation high schools. An adaptation of the Stephen king books.

8. I, Frankenstein:

This one is about a doctor who reanimates a dead body, which turns into an uncontrollable monster. The movie looks promising if it is in line with the book.

9. Scary Movie 5:

It needs no introduction. Along the same lines of comedy horror.

10. Black rock:

Release date: 17 May 2013.
A reunion of three girls at an island where they encounter a set of male hunters. One dies and later the remaining find themselves being stalked by a men.
